1. Acceptance of terms

Conditions of use
Conditions applicable to website access and to requests for information about Orquivia services.
Accessing and using this website implies acceptance of these terms. If a user does not agree with them, they should refrain from using the website.
Orquivia offers services focused on active improvement of repetitive and chaotic day-to-day processes: administrative automation, document digitization, organization of templates, quotes, invoices, follow-ups, document exports, working criteria and operational traceability.
The information published on the website is general and informational. The actual provision of services may require a specific proposal, quote or agreement between Orquivia and the client.
Sending an inquiry through the website or by email does not imply automatic engagement of any service. Orquivia may contact the requester to gather further information, assess the project and, where appropriate, issue a professional proposal.
The person requesting information declares that the data provided is truthful and that they have sufficient authorization to share documents, internal processes or company information needed to assess the request.
Budgets, scope, timelines, deliverables, fees and economic conditions will be defined in writing for each engagement. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a binding offer to provide services at a fixed price unless expressly stated in a proposal accepted by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, each proposal will be valid for the period indicated in it. Acceptance may require written confirmation, an initial payment, delivery of minimum information or any other condition expressly indicated.
Users undertake to provide truthful, complete and updated information when requesting information or commissioning services. In professional projects, the client is responsible for providing necessary documentation, validating decisions and communicating any relevant circumstance that may affect the work.
Lack of information, approvals, access, decisions or responses by the client may affect timelines, priorities, scope or continuity of the service.
Orquivia provides operational, documentary, administrative and process-improvement support within the agreed scope. Unless expressly agreed, services do not replace the intervention of licensed professionals, competent technicians, legal, tax, labour or administrative advisors when such intervention is required by applicable regulations.
Automations, templates or document structures delivered are designed to facilitate daily work, but the client remains responsible for reviewing, validating and correctly using the information, documents and decisions related to its business activity.
Documents, proposals, work structures, reports, templates or materials prepared by Orquivia within a professional relationship will be governed by the corresponding proposal or agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement, their use is limited to the engagement for which they were prepared.
Resale, publication, sublicensing or reuse of such materials for third parties is not permitted without prior written authorization, unless the accepted proposal expressly states otherwise.
Orquivia shall not be liable for delays, incidents or damages arising from incomplete information, lack of response from third parties, decisions not validated by the client, regulatory changes, actions of public authorities or causes beyond its reasonable control.
Orquivia shall also not be liable for business decisions made by the client, misuse of delivered materials, errors caused by incorrect source data or modifications made by third parties without Orquivia supervision.
When internal information is shared to assess or carry out an engagement, Orquivia will treat such information with diligence and confidentiality. Where required, the parties may formalize specific confidentiality, system access or document-handling commitments.
Orquivia may update these terms to adapt them to changes in the website, services or applicable regulations. The version published at any given time will be effective from publication.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals that are competent under applicable regulations.
